The 30th anniversary edition, KNIVES 2010 is yet another worthy successor in a long line of annuals that cover the cutlery industry from all angles: custom, factory, styles, trends, materials, contact information, the whole nine yards. Anybody who is anybody in the knife industry buys this book, if for nothing else the extensive coverage of knife styles in color pictures throughout. It is a book you will refer to all year and in years to come. I have most of them going back to the first ones in the early 80s, and I constantly refer to them for old story updates, information on deceased makers, etc. If you are into knives, this one is a must buy.

The Knives annual book is the only one of its kind to feature such a huge variety of collectible art knives, hunters, daggers, chute knives, bowies and more, all showcased in full color. The number of quality knifemakers featured in the book is astounding. And the Custom Knifemaker Directory is the most comprehensive in the industry, complete with contact information, specialties, patterns and prices of knives from over 1,800 knifemakers.
